Free Weekday Training

Join us Monday evenings at the Gathering Place for Fitness, Fun, and Fellowship! 

Tulsa Galloway Training Program offers FREE weekday training to the public every Monday night at the Gathering Place.  During the winter/spring months, we meet by the bathrooms at the Sports Courts (off Riverside between 31st and 33rd Street lights). During the summer/fall months, we meet outside the Boathouse. Training begins at 6:00 p.m. Please JOIN US!

The Galloway Run-Walk-Run method is designed to help you run or walk further and faster with less risk of injury.

We have a few goals at Tulsa Galloway:

1. To have fun while improving our fitness;

2. To make new friends;

3. To support each other in reaching our personal fitness goals.

We offer a variety of programs throughout the year to help keep you motivated and on track to reach your fitness goals. Our program includes two six-month training sessions:

Winter/Spring Training – This program is designed to help you train for a winter/spring race such as Jeff Galloway’s 5K and Half Marathon in Atlanta, Irving Marathon, T-Town Half Marathon, Aquarium Run, Golden Driller Marathon, Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon, Joplin Memorial Run, and Missoula Marathon.

Summer/Fall Training – This program is designed to help you train for a summer/fall race such as the Chicago Marathon, Tulsa Run, New York City Marathon, Route 66 Marathon, St. Jude Memphis Marathon, and Walt Disney World Marathon, Big Beach, DONNA Marathon, and Rock ‘n’ Roll Las Vegas.
