Tulsa Galloway Training Program offers both Run-Walk-Run & Walking Group Training FREE to the public every Monday night at the Gathering Place. During the winter months, we meet at the Sports Courts at 32nd & Riverside. Park near the bathrooms. Training begins at 6:00 p.m. Please JOIN US!
The Galloway Run-Walk-Run method is designed to help you run or walk further and faster with less risk of injury.
We have a few goals at Tulsa Galloway:
1. To have fun while improving our fitness;
2. To make new friends;
3. To support each other in reaching our personal fitness goals.
We offer a variety of programs throughout the year to help keep you motivated and on track to reach your fitness goals. Our programs include:
Spring Training – This program is designed to help you train for a spring race such as the Donna Marathon, Jeff Galloway’s 5K and Half Marathon in Atlanta, Golden Driller Marathon, and Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon.
Fall Training – This program is designed to help you train for a fall race such as the Chicago Marathon, Tulsa Run, New York City Marathon, Route 66 Marathon, and St. Jude Memphis Marathon.
