Looking for a supportive and welcoming group to help you stay active? RunWalk Tulsa (formerly Tulsa Galloway Training Program) offers a free weekday training session—open to all ages, paces, and experience levels. Whether you’re running, walking, or doing a mix of both, you’ll find a place with us!


Free Weekly Training Schedule

Mondays at 6:00 PM – Gathering Place, Tulsa

  • Summer & Fall: Meet outside the Boathouse

  • Winter & Spring: Meet near the Sports Courts restrooms (off Riverside between 31st & 33rd St)


All Paces Welcome – Walkers Too!

Our free session uses the Galloway Run-Walk-Run method, a proven approach that helps you go farther and faster with less fatigue and reduced risk of injury. We offer both run-walk-run and walking-only groups.

No experience needed—just bring your determination and a desire to move. You’ll be cheered on by a fun, encouraging community every step of the way.

You don’t have to be training for a race to join us. Many of our members come for the consistency, the community, and the motivation to stay active year-round.


Seasonal Training Programs

Looking for more structure? In addition to our free weekday runs, we offer two six-month training programs designed to help you train for events of all distances—from your first 5K to a full marathon or even an ultra.

Winter/Spring Training:
Geared toward races like the T-Town Half, Golden Driller Marathon, OKC Memorial Marathon, Disney races, and other spring events.

Summer/Fall Training:
Train for races like the Tulsa Run, Route 66 Marathon, New York City Marathon, Chicago Marathon, Oklahoma Senior Games, Disney races, and many more.

Whether you’re preparing for your first race, chasing a personal best, or just staying active with friends, RunWalk Tulsa is here to help you succeed—with plenty of laughs along the way.
