At Tulsa Galloway, we want to help everyone – regardless of age or ability – become runners and walkers. Using Jeff Galloway‘s highly successful Run-Walk-Run method, we will customize a training plan that is tailored to your current fitness level and distance goals. With this method, you’ll alternate between running and walking breaks, gradually building up your endurance until you reach your goal. Our 5K, 10K, and 15K Training Program

Jeff Galloway designed this program to make fitness fun for all runners and walkers, regardless of their level. Our Run-Walk-Run & Walking Group Training offers experienced coaches to ensure you enjoy working toward your goals.

We connect you with Tulsa Galloway runners and walkers for support and accountability in achieving injury-free fitness goals. A Pace Group Leader maintains a manageable speed and enforces walk breaks, ensuring everyone enjoys the workout.

Come join us for a Free Training Run/Walk! We welcome walk-ins and runners and walkers of all levels. This is a great opportunity to learn more about how Tulsa Galloway can help you train year-round for any distance. We offer coached workouts multiple times throughout the week, so you can always find a time that works for you. And with just three runs/walks a week, you can be on your way to reaching your goals.
