At Tulsa Galloway, we want to help everyone – regardless of age or ability – become runners and walkers. Using Jeff Galloway’s highly successful Run-Walk-Run method, we can customize a training plan that is tailored to your current fitness level and distance goals. With this method, you’ll alternate between running and walking breaks, gradually building up your endurance until you reach your goal. Our 5K, 10K, and 15K Training Program

Jeff Galloway created this training program specifically to help runners and walkers of all fitness levels, ages, paces, and distances have fun while improving their fitness. We’re a Run-Walk-Run & Walking Group Training program with experienced coaches who will make sure you are having a good time while working toward your goals.

You are grouped with other Tulsa Galloway runners and walkers at similar fitness levels for a group training experience that provides support, encouragement, and accountability to help you achieve your fitness goals, injury-free. A Pace Group Leader keeps the speed slow enough for all members, and enforces walk breaks from the beginning to the end so everyone can enjoy the workout.

Come join us for a Free Training Run/Walk! We welcome walk-ins and runners and walkers of all levels. This is a great opportunity to learn more about how Tulsa Galloway can help you train year-round for any distance. Our coached workouts are offered multiple times throughout the week, so you can always find a time that works for you. And with just three runs/walks a week, you can be on your way to reaching your goals.
