Whether you’re walking your first 5K or chasing a marathon PR, our Fall 2025 Training Program is the perfect way to train with structure, support, and community. Join a welcoming group of runners and walkers led by experienced coaches using the proven Galloway Run-Walk-Run method.

What We’re Training For:

This season, we’re preparing for some of Tulsa’s biggest and best races, including:

  • 🏁 Oklahoma Senior Games

  • 🏁 Tulsa Run

  • 🏁 Route 66 Marathon & Half

  • 🏁 Additional local and destination races chosen by our members

But it’s not just about race day — it’s about showing up, making progress, and having a team beside you every step of the way.

Walkers Welcome!

Not a runner? No problem. Our walking groups train for 5Ks, 10Ks, and half marathons using structured plans and the same supportive group dynamic. Walkers of all speeds are encouraged and celebrated here.
