Start your journey to a healthier, happier self with Tulsa Galloway. Our Run-Walk-Run and Walking groups welcome participants of all abilities, ages, paces, and distances, including 5K, 10K, 15K, Half Marathon, Marathon, Ultra, and Triathlon. As the only official Jeff Galloway Training Program in Oklahoma, we provide you with the best instruction and support.

Your fitness journey is unique, and so is our training program. We collaborate with you to develop a personalized plan tailored to your needs and goals. Whether you’re beginning from scratch or aiming to elevate your fitness, Tulsa Galloway supports you every step of the way.

Our group consists of runners and walkers at various levels. Whether you’re gearing up for a race or simply seeking to improve your fitness, we offer something for everyone.

We are Affordable.

Experience our great value by joining our affordable, quality training program! For just $120 as a New Member or $100 as an Alumni, you’ll receive 6 months (26 weeks) of training. Register now and become part of our successful worldwide training community!

We are Flexible.

We offer flexibility with multiple weekly training opportunities in both the morning and evening. You can easily find a time and location that fits your schedule. Tulsa Galloway provides coached training sessions Monday through Thursday in the morning and evening, plus a longer run/walk on Saturday mornings. With locations in Tulsa, Jenks, Broken Arrow, and Owasso, you’ll find a convenient spot to workout near you.

At Tulsa Galloway, we customize our training program to fit each runner and walker’s unique fitness level and goals. We believe in the individuality of every athlete, which is why our program is tailored specifically for you. Whether you’re targeting a 5K or a marathon, we will guide you to reach your goals at your own pace.
