What Flexibility Do We Offer?
We offer flexibility with multiple weekly training opportunities in both the morning and evening. Check our training schedule for more details. You can easily find a time and location that fits your schedule. Tulsa Galloway provides coached training sessions Monday through Thursday in the morning and evening, plus a longer run/walk on Saturday mornings. With locations in Tulsa, Jenks, Broken Arrow, and Owasso, you’ll find a convenient spot to workout near you.
