Looking for a fun and supportive training community? Look no further than Tulsa Galloway! Our group offers year-round training, with multiple weekly workouts to choose from. Whether you’re a morning person or an evening person, we have options to fit your schedule. Plus, our locations are convenient for runners and walkers all around Tulsa – Jenks, Broken Arrow and Owasso. No matter your age, pace, distance or experience level, you’re welcome here. Our group offers several pace groups and customized training plans to help you reach your distance goals. So come on and join the fun! Check out our training days & locations below.

Monday:
30-45 minutes + Drills and Speedwork

  • 5:30 AM @ BA QuikTrip (Kenosha 71st & Elm 161st)
  • 6:00 PM @ Gathering Place-Sports Courts

Tuesday:
30-45 minutes + Drills and Speedwork

  • 5:30 AM @ Ronald McDonald House (6102 S Hudson Ave)
  • 6:00 PM @ Tulsa Runner (9708 Riverside Pkwy)
  • 6:00 PM @ Owasso High School (12901 E 86th St N, across from QT)

Wednesday:
30-45 minutes + Hills or Hill Repeats

  • 5:30 AM @ BA Centennial Middle School (225 E Omaha St)
  • 6:00 PM @ Gathering Place-Sports Courts

Thursday:
30-45 minutes + Hills or Hill Repeats

  • 5:30 AM @ Ronald McDonald House (6102 S Hudson Ave)
  • 6:00 PM @ Kirk of the Hills (4102 E 61st, park in back)
  • 6:00 PM @ Owasso High School (12901 E 86th St N, across from QT)
